0 views · September 29, 2023 · Things To Do

Hear insights into the making of the Museum's new exhibit “Patty Loveless: No Trouble with the Truth." This behind-the-scenes video features Museum staff talking about significant storylines and artifacts in Loveless's life and career, as well as the process of collecting personal items from Loveless and developing the exhibit.

The exhibit ranges from her humble upbringing in eastern Kentucky as the daughter of a hardscrabble coal miner and a distant relative of Country Music Hall of Fame member Loretta Lynn, to her own induction into the Hall of Fame this October as one of country music's most celebrated voices. Come explore Loveless's story in person. "Patty Loveless: No Trouble with the Truth" is now open. Visit the exhibit to see artifacts like Loveless's first guitar, the jacket given to her by Porter Wagoner, handwritten notes, stage outfits, and more.
