Dierks Bentley: ‘I Hold On,’ Performance and Story Behind the Song

Dierks Bentley talks about the inspiration behind "I Hold On," a Top Five country hit for the singer-songwriter in 2014, and performs the song live alongside co-writer Brett James.

The two share the stage at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville during a 2016 program that includes performances of other Bentley songs alongside several other co-writers—including ”Up On The Ridge” with co-writer Angelo Petraglia, “Am I the Only One” with Jim Beavers, and more.
