Sam Williams performs his newly released rendition of “I’m So Lonesome I Could Cry.”
In September, the Museum hosted a concert in celebration of Country Music Hall of Fame member Hank Williams, one of three people inducted into the first Hall of Fame class in 1961. Marking the 100th anniversary of his birth, the event showcased a wide variety of country and Americana artists influenced by Williams's music, including grandson Sam Williams, who performed his newly released rendition of "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry."
